Let’s establish a daily mindfulness practice. Don’t be overwhelmed, we will begin with just 1 minute.

I know this can be very difficult. But…think of all the amazing things your body does for you, typically without much complaining!

Your body is resilient and forgiving. When was the last time you thanked your body for everything that it does for you?

We were built to move, every day. We need 8-10 hours of sleep each night. We need to have a plan in place to handle stress.

Let’s learn to be creative with your movement, what about a dance party in the kitchen just before dinner?

I want to help you improve your sleep, your relationships, your ability to handle stress, and your exercise. I want to teach you simple ways to eat more fruits and vegetables. And strategies to increase how much water you drink.

I will help you understand how proper fuel and hydration affect your body and your brain.

Wellness is so much more than a number on the scale and a pants size. I’m not just interested in helping you lose weight, I want you to help you achieve deep health in all facets of your life!

And most of all I want you to be CONSISTENT with your wellness plan.

This is not a quick fix. You did not get to where you are today overnight. It has taken years of poor habits.
