
I started my journey just like most people. I was unsure where to begin, and I unknowingly was running a cycle of self-destructive habits, and putting everyone else’s needs before mine.
As a single mother of two incredible kids, I was making the wrong choices for me and my family. Choices that I had heard about from others, or read online, I followed the cookie cutter plans others created, but never one created specifically for me and my body.
I didn’t realize that optimizing my health could be so easy just by making small daily shifts.
