Get strong & Stay strong In Midlife
You already know you should lift. For your bones. Your energy. Your independence. But the advice is noisy. The gym is intimidating. So you keep waiting for the right Monday. It never quite comes.
You’re not too old. You’re not too late.
You’re not starting from zero — you’re starting from everything you already know. Muscle and bone respond at any age. Yours are waiting.
What is it?
The Strength Collective is a 12-week live program for women 35+
- Two coached classes a week.
- Forty-five minutes each.
- All from home.
- A small group.
- A clear plan.
- A coach who knows your name.
No guessing. No grinding. No commute.

What changes in 12 weeks
You stop wasting time on workouts that don’t work. You start building real strength — muscle, bone, confidence. You show up for yourself. Not perfectly. Consistently.
And you feel it. On the stairs. With the groceries. In the mirror.
Your coach
Hi – I’m Jamie Lynn, your coach.
I’m Jamie Lynn. Physical Therapist Assistant. Licensed Massage Therapist. Health Coach. I’ve spent decades working with bodies like yours.
I know how midlife moves. I know where it gets hurt. I’ll build your strength safely — without breaking what already works.

The invitation
You deserve to feel strong, steady, and sure in your body again. I’ve made the plan. You just have to show up.
What my clients are saying

Jamie is fantastic. Her program is not “one size fits all”, it is “one size fits YOU.” She thoughtfully guided me to much better health. I have more energy, my joints and muscles are much happier, I am stronger, my digestive issues of almost 30 years have greatly improved, I’ve learned how to fuel my bike rides and I’ve started losing weight (truly losing, not the 5 lbs off/8 lbs on yoyo). I highly recommend working with Jamie.
Becky

I began my fitness journey at 43 and spent 25 years as a dedicated runner. After an injury and an osteoporosis diagnosis, I discovered strength training and found the same sense of progress and empowerment I’d always loved in running. Now approaching 70, being able to haul feed for my chickens and pellets for my stove keeps me motivated — my “why” of living fully and independently for as long as possible says it all.
Barbara

I love the flexibility of being able to access workouts anytime, and the constant form reminders allow me to get the most out of every exercise while doing it safely. By the third week I was already noticing real changes — more energy, less fatigue, and climbing stairs with ease as my legs grew stronger. This is honestly the first program I’ve ever stuck with, and that says everything about how much Jamie truly cares about helping people!

Answers to your most pressing questions:
Q. Do I need any experience to join?
Nope. Zero. This isn’t about where you’ve been — it’s about where you are right now, at this age and stage of life. The programming meets you there and builds from it.
Q. What equipment do I need? Is this at a gym?
Barely anything — you can gather everything for under $40 (think a couple sets of dumbbells and a resistance band or two). No gym membership required, no fancy setup. Your living room works fine. Nope — it’s all live on Zoom, so you can do it from home, a hotel room, or your in-laws’ basement if that’s where life has you this week.
Q. What if I miss a live class?
Life happens — that’s the whole point of building this for real women, not robots. Every class is recorded and available for up to a month after the 12-week series ends, so you can catch up on your own time. Class is twice a week for 45 minutes + a monthly masterclass and Q & A session.
Muscle doesn’t disappear because you got older. It disappears because nobody told you to fight for it.
Q. Will this actually work for my body?
This is where the “curiosity over judgement” part comes in. We’re not chasing what your body used to do — we’re noticing what it can do now and realigning your training around that. Every move has options, so whether you’re brand new or have old injuries to work around, you’ve got a version that fits.
Q. What happens after the 12 weeks are over?
You’ll have the option to join the next cohort — same format, fresh programming so your body keeps getting stronger instead of plateauing. Most women don’t want to stop once they feel what consistent strength training does for their energy and mood
Q. What’s your refund policy?
Try your first class — if it’s genuinely not the right fit, let me know and I’ll refund you. Once you’re past that first class, though, you’re locked in for the round.
