I have a unique background as a physical therapist assistant, massage therapist, wellness and nutrition coach, personal trainer, doula, retreat planner, lifelong learner and self-proclaimed health junkie.
I have been in the wellness field for over 25 years and I absolutely love the work that I do and can truly say that I LOVE going to work every day.
I inspire people to care for their bodies through mindfulness, movement and whole food nutrition.
My own health journey began many years ago and it continues to evolve every year as I learn more and move through the phases of life.
I have learned that as we age, our bodies need different things. Sleep and stress management must be an integral part of one’s health and wellness plan. types of food and exercise that worked for us in our 20’s are not working in our 40’s, 50’s, and beyond. I have tried and failed at many things and learned that deep health is not about following someone else’s plan or someone else’s rules. It is about establishing your own plan that works for your life and fits into your schedule.
Through my own experiences, loads of research and education, and the many years of experience working with a diverse group of clients, I have learned that the path to true wellness starts with asking for help!
Asking for help does not mean you are weak, or that you are a failure!
Asking for help means you are smart and resourceful and you are willing to admit that you CAN’T do it all on your own!
As your wellness coach, I will work with you to develop a plan that works best for you, empowers you and ultimately helps you to feel better and reach your goals, whatever those may be.
