Best EVER Veggie Broth

Whole Food Plant-Based Lifestyle

Ready to STOP buying boxed or canned broth from the store?

This recipe will make rich flavorful vegetable broth that you can add to your favorite dishes.

Simply save ALL your vegetable scraps!

Here are just a few examples:

  • onion & garlic skins
  • carrot tops and peels
  • cut off ends from cucumbers and zucchini
  • stalks from greens
  • potato peels

But truly anything will work!

Then add 1/4 cup of lentils of any kind, a few pieces of seaweed if you have any in your pantry, if not no worries.

Put all the scraps into your crockpot or instant pot.

If using a crockpot cook on low for 10-12 hours. If using an instant pot set for 60-75 minutes on high pressure.

Once broth is finished, strain and put into freezer proof containers!

You are ready to make your next pot of soup!

So easy and inexpensive to make.
