Asking for help
I’ve been working with Jamie since summer of 2020. For a long time I was one of those people who had an interest in improving my health through moving to a more plant based whole food diet. However, being a full time working dad, I felt like I always lacked the time and ambition to ever really start doing the research or making actual steps towards that goal. Jamie’s knowledge of plant based whole food nutrition has allowed her to consistently provide kind, and honest accountability towards my goals with solid suggestions based on my feedback that I use walking away. For example, when cooking it can be hard to find alternative plant-based ingredients or know techniques to use them if you haven’t before. (Tofu or Tempeh) It seems like Jamie has done just about everything once and if not will do the research and promptly get back to me when I ask her about anything.
