DEEP DIVE
Full immersion coaching, you are ready to commit 100% to your health and wellness.
This plan includes:
- Online tracking tool & custom exercise programs
- Weekly 30-minute coaching session via phone
- Weekly email support
- A written summary of our coaching sessions
- Weekly goal review and action steps
- Personalized nutrition plan based on your individual needs
$400 per month
3 month minimum commitment, 10% discount for 6 month commitment
